  Can anyone recommend a good agility class for a beginner near to Wakefield (or Leeds, Huddersfield, Barnsley). I have a two year old very agile and athletic Australian Cattle Dog and would like to start agility classes with her. I'm looking for a class that is more about fun for the dog rather than overly serious. If we both take to it and are OK, I'd love to compete, but if not, I'm happy to just do it for fun. Also, any advice for beginners would be greatly appreciated xx

  Hi Caron, the club that's near Wakefield is currently not doing agility but there in Halifax there is https://www.facebook.com/UltiMuttsAgility/?ref=ts&fref=ts North K9 dog training just in Milnsbridge near Huddersfield start you off in agility on foundation skills courses then they put you in touch with All Four Paws agility (whom I'm currently training with) who carry on the agility with you doing all the equipment.

  Thanks everyone for the referral. Can get me on 07757 161138. Had a referral from Brenda Ellen Tenten this week as WR were full. Give me a shout. Run classes on a Thursday Evening and on a Saturday. Handlers competing at Gr3 smile emoticon
