  Greetings Mordenvale, i have recently joined the SCA, this group is closest to where i live in the Central coast, i would like to visit sometime, where do you meet? Also i am going to the Rowany Festival, i have basic armour from steel weapons Reenactment but i lack elbow and knee guards, can anyone suggest where to buy some that can be hidden under clothing?

  I personally like Bokalo's gear (http://www.bokalosarmoury.com/) It's really well priced, works well and is generally nice, however I doubt you would get it before festival. (Since it's comming from the states) Alex West keeps a good stock of SCA gear and can get it shipped to you quickly (he's in Queensland) and will certainly have something to help you with. I have a few bits a pieces I can on sell, but sizes wise it's very limited. http://www.medieval-fightclub.com has some good cheap stuff, but you do need to be a little careful since alot of their armour doesn't meet SCA requirements, so I would confirm with someone who knows the item your looking at before spending money, however on the upside, they are located on the central coast.
