  Jon N. wrote: Won't service what they sell -- had them install a heat pump & ac unit at cost of $28,000. Wiring was incorrect, and unit did not work on heat mode. Called for 5 months to get them to come and service the unit. Finally called in the service manager of the manufacturer. Norris showed up the night before (after 5 months) and fixed the problem. Outdoor heat pump then failed after 2 years of use. Again, called and they won't come to fix it. Finally called in another local HVAC firm who promptly fixed it at a cost of $1000. Advice is to avoid Norris.
