My husband and I moved to Perry county/ watts township a little over a year ago and we didn't receive any forms to file our local taxes? Should we have gotten these forms in the mail, in the past we have for other counties. If we should have gotten the forms by now who should I contact to get them?

  You will have to download the form from the captax.com. That is the only place you can get local forms.

  I live in watts and file local taxes online with www.captax.com Maybe there is a phone number or directions on their for what you need to do to file too.

  Capital Tax Collection Bureau 2301 N 3 rd St Harrisburg. Harrisburg office phone # is 717-234-3217 the Perry County Office Phone is 717-582-3001 and they (Perry Country are only open Tuesdays only).
