  Check out Mellow Johnny's Scout a Route ride on Saturday's. I went on those rides when I was recovering from broken pelvic rings and crushed clavicle. They have several levels, are no drop, and you can find out how you fit in fairly easily. http://www.mellowjohnnys.com/scenic-ride-of-austin/
