  Active Lifestyle Fitness on Elm Street in Agawam. First class is free. Email info@activelifestylefitness.com and the owner Ashley Brodeur will write back to you. Spin classes are early morning 5:30 am on Thursday and Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm then Saturday at 8 am. Wonderful place to work out! So many other classes to choose from including aerial yoga. Lots of Suffield peeps are members.
