  Okay, so I've joined you now, after being in Scotland since 1976 but born in Liverpool. Looking for delish desserts. Any ideas? Love wholesome cakes etc. but finding them difficult to find. I'm in temporary rental house so no cooking facilities. I'm in Southport so 45 min train and 15 min walk to train to get into the centre. :)
