About us

Starshine Industries offers a variety of custom costumes and props, as well as other unique clothing.


By sending Deposit on orders, the customer agrees to the services and conditions outlined in this document.

All Sales are final. Alterations and adjustments may be subject to a nominal fee. Please accept the artists decision on these matters.

Payment
1) We accept Cash, Paypal, and email money transfers (Canada Only).
2) Orders shipping to Canada will be quoted in Canadian Dollars. Orders shipping to United States or Europe will be quoted in USD, Euro, or GBP.

3) A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on all orders.

4) Payment plans can be discussed.

5)Full payment including shipping costs (see Below) are required before any items will be shipped.

6) Customers can pay cash if picking up or making deposits within the Greater Toronto Area.

70 If final payment is not received within 90 days of completion, the buyer forfeits all rights to the product and materials (unless otherwise has been discussed).


Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

1) We strive to meet all deadlines and get products to you in an efficient manner.
2) We ship via Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be provided. Shipping options can be discussed. Rates are based on the final weight and size of the product.

3) Delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area for a nominal fee.

4) Pickup is available at the studio.
5) Photographs of product will be provided upon completion.

Design, Materials and Deposit

1)We want you to be happy but there are just some limits to what we can do, and some things we just can't do. Please accept the astists recommendations on matters. We produce quality products for decorative use only, and are never to be used as weapons.

2) Materials will be discussed and chosen based on customes specifications, Expectations and Budget as well as product quality and accuracy.

you. Items Will be made to these specifications with some, but not much room for alteration or adjustment.

4)Materials will be purchased once deposit (50%) has been received.

5) Any changes to a piece after initial discussion and receipt of deposit may involve an adjustment in final pricing. In extreme cases a second deposit may be required to account for changes.


Alterations and Adjustments

1) These are custom items we are producing for you. We value your imput and direction throughout the process.

2) Any issues with finished product must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Afterwards, most changes can be accommodated for a nominal fee.

3) Items that require alterations or adjustments can be done by mail. All shipping and handling costs will be the responssibility of the buyer.

4) wear and tear of products will occur over time and with use. Touch ups or repairs are welcomed but will require a fee based on material and labour costs.
