  Looking for a band in lower section or non contesting , that can accommodate myself and my 11 yr old daughter on 2nd or 3rd cornet. Also my 8 yr old daughter who is learning kit, who would probably need a more experienced percussionist to guide her. We live in Chesterfield and would require a cornet for my daughter to borrow.   Whitwell Brass Monday and Thursday 7.15 pm and Whitwell Community Training Bands (Saturdays 9.30 - 11) are a family of bands based at Whitwell community Centre that caters for any players of all ages and abilities. Beginners, learners through to seasoned players. It is a first class set up. Bands MD is Bob on 07885300127 or pm to me the MD of the Community Band. Loads of players loads of young people!
