  Does anyone know of a lawyer that will handle a WSIB case or just at least a consult? I am being force back to work after two months of having surgery on my ankle, this all started Sept 2 of last year when I just had a sprained tendent. WSIB forced me back to work after the surgeon who initially saw me said it was sprained and to stay off of it for 6 to 8 weeks. WSIB forced me back after 3 weeks, stating that if I choose to listen to the Surgeon and WSIB can choose not to pay me. I went back to work after 3 weeks, and now here I am with extensive damage to my ankle because I put weight on it to early.

  This very recent Supreme Court of BC gives you the avenue to not only sue the people that are dis-operating WCB or WSBC or what ever injured worker system in Canada. And not only sue them but actually hold them criminally responsible for their actions.
