  Planning to go to Hong Kong in mid Sept to mid Oct with wife and 1 year old baby. I don't want to stay with relatives in HK because of the baby might keep everyone awake all night. I'm looking for a reasonably priced hotel or service apartment in Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point or Western District. Any good suggestions? Thank you.

  We've stayed at both 1) Harbour Plaza in North Point (http://www.harbour-plaza.com/northpoint/Index-en.htm); and 2) Horizon Suite Hotel in Ma On Shan (http://www.horizonhotels.com.hk/horizon-suite-hotel-en.html). Both have serviced suites and easy access to MTRs. We've had great experiences from both and would highly recommend.
