  There are regular government Volvo AC buses from Sindhi Camp which is 5 minutes walk from Jaipur railway station and approx 30-40 minutes from airport. You can either drop to Ajmer or direct to Pushkar. Didn't stayed at Pushkar but you can try RTDC hotels (see http://www.rtdchotels.com/tourist_village.html) or http://hotelz.makemytrip.com).
