  Jackie Davis Chandler, Glutinous rice is much much lower in phosphorous than other rice See http://www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/phosphorus-in-rice.php for a calculator its all for 100 grams. Unfortunately Leela does not eat a lot of it because it sticks so we go with the long grain rice still not that bad and probably cheaper too.
