The person who "fixed" it before I moved in obviously thought I would never go down there to verify the work was done correctly. I've been madder than a hornet all evening after touring the space with Home Paramount today, but I think their estimate is a bit high. No wonder my hardwood floors have been freezing cold all winter (and probably helped jacked up my electricity bill). Any help/advice is appreciated!!
