  Hello Zubbies, Advice please, The arch on my left foot has been aching a little for the last week? No change in shoes or injury. Wondering if anyone knows a foot expert? Someone who can see if I'm standing/walking correctly or if I've some how pulled it, any advice on healing or if I need an arch support (I never have in the past and my arches are quite high but who knows).   theres a place on peacehaven high street that deals if all podiatry etc i need to go about a foot problem i have, reflexology can also help with the pain etc good luck xx http://www.acornpodiatry.co.uk/
