  Dear Zu community, I need root canal vs extraction advice please! I have been told by my dentist that I need a root canal or have my tooth extracted. He has recommended that I try to save the tooth with a root canal, but reading about the toxic effects I am not so sure. I don't have any pain, but it's a little sensitive at times. There is a shadow under the nerve which the dentist said indicates an infection. Firstly, I would like to get a second or third opinion - can anyone recommend a holistic dentist near Lewes? There were some posts about this a while back, but I can't find them. I also would appreciate any information / experiences that others have had to help me make the decision.... thank you so much love x
