  Hi Zu community, Does anyone know of a retreat center in East Sussex that you would recommend to run a 3 day workshop? I am looking ideally for somewhere I can use Friday - Sunday one weekend in September/ October 2015 which offers accommodation and vegetarian food/ or option to use a kitchen for us to prepare meals.
