  Not sure if she would deliver to Baltimore, but Priscilla of Twisted Vine in North East, MD has been great to work with. We are doing bouquets, bouts, various corsages, and small bottle centerpieces for right around $1,000. Our venue is about 45 minutes away from her location in PA -- so possible she would do Baltimore areas! http://twistedvinefloraldesign.com/
