It goes from the front desk( Ali), to the mechanics(Willie) and the man himself(Taki).I take my 2011 Honda Pilot there for oil change service as well as my 2008 Subaru Outback religiously.They've done many other jobs for me as well and what I can truly say about them that you can't ALWAYS say about mechanics is:they are fair, honest and have integrity.I've recommended them to many friends and now I recommend them to you! Call them with any questions about your automobile and they'll give you a straight answer. I've come to call them my friends and you can't say that too often when it comes to the service indutry.
