"Temenuga" 1, 1574 Sofia next to Slatina Bazar, Person on front desk speaks English and they have a girl that works there cutting hair who spent several years in Ireland and speaks very good English. And great prices too, 7 levs for a normal haircut If you go there, they are located on the upper floor of the two rows of business and they are the 2 nd hairdresser along as there is another smaller one almost right next to it.
