  Hi everyone I am new to billings and recently since moving here have hurt my back pretty badly. I finally caved and went to the same day care at Billings clinic and was told I have a slipped disc and was prescribed muscle relaxers and a steroid. No stretches or anything. Was told by the doc if it wasn't better in a few days to call her and let her know and she would schedule me for physical therapy. It's been a few days and I am still miserable. Pain clear from my hips into my neck can't sit down and it's truly awful. I called same day care and they instructed my to go to the ER for pain control ( basically to get more pain meds) which is NOT what I want. I don't want to be all doped up and high to manage the pain, I need my back fixed. I need to be able to work and get around and apparently they can't help me FIX this issue. So if anyone has any recommendations on someone to see that can help me FIX this issue, not drug me up to 'manage' the pain, that would be lovely. Thank you in advance.
