  I need some medical advice. Had a motorcycle accident two years ago, hurt my shoulder, didn't care kept on going to the gym and it got inflamed. I was supposed to go to rehabilitation training but only went once it was too far away somewhere at buxton. I live in Zona B-18 at slivnitsa. Took a break two months for it to heal, and for over a year all was great including working out now there is pain again after I helped a friend do some construction work in the mountains. Is there a clinic where I can get a shot of cortisone without a huge hazzle? Also does anyone know a rehab-center which is either close to Zona B-18 or at least walking distance to a metro station (preferrably line 1, I start at Konstantin velichkov).
