  Does anyone know of an electronics repair place that could repair a TV DVD combo. 8" screen with USB and SD Card reader on it. It's in a Standby mode and the LED is constantly strobing. I didn't pay a lot for it but it's cool. Most repair places have suggested scrapping it. It's virtually new. Thank you.
