Anyone knows where we can source laser emitters and receivers? ones that are visible without haze makers but won't harm the eyes....TIA

I am working with an industrial sensor company right now to put together very high quality laser emitter and receiver, but like was said above, lasers are only visible when making contact with something in the air. Froggy's Fog sells some really nice haze machines, http://www.froggysfog.com/machines/haze-machines.html where the output is very controllable, just enough to make the lasers visible, and probably not set off your smoke detectors with enough proper ventaliation. Another option would be to see if you are allowed to swap for heat detectors in that particular room.
