  Just checked the vhda website as long as the wheels, axles and trailer hitched are removed and foundation is permanently attached and anchored per manufacturer specifications they are approved through vhda. Property size cannot be greater than 2 acres anything over 2 acres but less than 5 needs a vhda waiver. 757-254-8323 with any questions (I work for Fulton Mortgage)
