  I need help!!! I have a veteran trying to close on a home/ appraisal came in low trying to save the deal and everyone involved is contributing but we still can't quite get it done!! Need a small roof repair to an attached storage room - it's probably 10x10/ has some wood rot and needs rolled roofing/ has to be done by a licensed contractor or va won't clear it. Anyone here work San Tan that might be able to help? We need it done quick!!

  The number I gave you is to the Arizona Roofing Council. I would only use a licensed contractor. You have no recourse with an unlicensed contractor. You are pretty much screwed if theirs a problem.
