  Ahhh please help! I'm taking care of an elderly man d chihuahas. I don't know him except for having to call 911 for him. He has no friends or family and I offered to Take care of them. It seems that the little chihuaha has severely injured her foot. I need to get her to a vet except my vet won't see her bc she isn't mine and I don't have permission from this man to take her to a vet and I can't get permission from him bc he's in the hospital. Does anyone know of anyone who can help or a reasonably priced vet?
