  I desperately need an attorney that deals with fraud. Any suggestions? My grandparents have been taken advantage of, many thousands of dollars of their hard earned money has been stolen. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. An attorney not in the Owensboro area would be preferred. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED! Thanks guys.

  They will need to file a formal complaint where the fraudulent acts occurred --example if they were defrauded by someone in the county the the Sheriff office or state police will do the report ---IF it occurred in Hancock county then state police or Hancock co Sheriff office. If it happened in another state then unfortunately --it has to be that state that does the report.
