  Waqas H. wrote: Worst ever home inspector I have seen, he missed so many things and broken counters missing pieces and at the end he says these all are cosmetic issues. WTF someone will hire you if everything comes under cosmetic issues and you are not responsible for it to tell the home buyer. very disappointing.
