I'm looking for a handyman/small biz to come give recommendations on most economically viable options to make my house more cold resistant. (Drafty, bad Windows, bad doors, old insufficient heat pump, broken garage door, little insulation)
Have a limited budget and need help assessing what would make a difference. Older home; total overhaul isn't an option. Only someone who can do the work - not blind advise.
PM is fine.
