  http://www.hertex.co.za/ are the best. Their stores have all of the samples but you can't buy from them directly. The person doing the reupholstering can order it from them though. I recently had some furniture done and was very very happy with the fabric and the people I used to do it. This also included sanding down and relacquering the wood.
