  Looking for someone who is licensed and insured to do an addition and remodel. Also who will be on site and not hire others to do the job and just come in and out. If you can recommend anyone that has done this kind of work please let me know. I don't mean to be rude but I don't want recommendations if they are relatives or close friends.
