  Hi we have a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen ceiling. It looks like it's water that splashes/drips out of the bath when one is showering or bathing and seeps into the bath panel into the floorboards. If no water splashes/drips out, it doesn't leak. Daft question but is it a plumber I need to come and have a look at it or a handyman who can remove bath panel and look inside and possibly fix it?
