  http://www.airstreamguy.com/ This guy specializes in what you want. He restores the frame and shell but normally doesn’t do the interiors. They told me they ship about 75% of their Airstreams to Australia and New Zealand where people customize them for different purposes. I don’t know if he ships to Europe but he has a link to restorers in the UK.
