  hi Jenny thanks for the response. I have lots of private lenders, Cornerstone Mortgage i have worked with recently and they did a great job. Try Keith Lewis 404-232-9031 Distressed sales are much harder to come by in this market and are getting snatched up very fast. i have one in Roswell if you are interested, will need some work. Also i have about 5 large investors that i am working with to purchase everything from single family small homes to multi-unit and commercial. let me know anything i can do to send people your way. What are working towards? Your goals?
