  Our house goes on the market in 2 weeks. We had painters, 2 brothers we've used in the past, who have backed out. What we are looking for is someone who is really good and has multiple skills...need kitchen cabinets painted, 1100 sq ft basement, two 20-ft walls that need cracks filled in and repainted, and master bath repainted. Would love for this same person to be able to paint and seal basement floor (we can't do acid wash because there's glue on the concrete) but have been told it would look good painted (?) Would be huge added bonus if painters were willing to do small handyman type stuff as well. Need someone who can start this coming week! HELP!
