  Doug Hansen c: 360-340-1693; o: 360-692-5635 I use Doug for my properties. He does emergencies and weekends - doesn't charge extra fee. He's fast, honest and does great work. Tells you when something doesn't need to be done (or how to do it yourself). He's also fixed small stuff while he's at a property and not charged if it just takes a quick minute. He doesn't poke around - he gets things done and knows what to do and when. He'll also refer you to someone else when needed. He's capable of doing major sewer installs, but has scaled his business down to basic home repairs. Water heaters, drains, fix a pipe here and there, etc. And he responds fast - usually same day.
