  Hi everyone! I'm super excited to be a LP resident, just settled on my new house yesterday. I'm finding this page invaluable for recommendations...I've already contracted my new fence with Royersford Fence Company, LLC thanks to here. I do have two more pressing repairs: 1. Radon remediation 2. A complete A/C and oil furnace checkup, and the tank is pretty low so I'll need to get it filled, I'm guessing it's better to do it when it's NOT a need versus the middle of December and it's 15 degrees outside! If anyone can recommend great local businesses for one or both, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

  I've been using Xpress Energy for years for A/C tune up ($99/unit) and furnace service/repair and oil delivery. They've always been great and respond quickly when my furnace decides it doesn't want to work. http://www.xpressenergypa.com/
