  PI CRAFT Niagara falls Blvd., next to white rabbit and subway opposite Papa johns We tried this place the other night, service was super fast for pizza about 6 minutes. The servers were extremely knowledgeable about their product and friendly. The pizza was some of the best in my opinion that I've had. The crust was thin and crispy but the crust was pleasantly chewy. Its done much like Moe's or Chipotle's you walk in choose your crust, your sauce and your toppings. All for one low price. AND parents take heed kids eat free on Sunday's and Monday ( two kids per adult) . The sauce was very nice and I had the braised pork which was out of this world. I finished the pizza with a chipotle lime sauce to compliment the pork. Awesome !! not greasy at all. My daughter who doesn't like pizza ate her half pie with nothing left! AND they Have Gluten free crusts!! Can not WAIT to get back there. I highly recommend this place. Also a word on their ingredients everything (when they can ) is either organic or fresh local (following the chipotle model) . They freely admit that they are competing with Chipotle and Moe's and NOT with the other pizza chains, and in my opinion they are right.
