Can anyone recommend a beginners yoga/pilates class in the area please?
I've got a back condition and the doctors recommend them. When I do sit ups I end up walking like I've spent time in prison showers.
Thanks in advance.

Hey all, can anyone recommend a good (clean) male massage therapist please? I feel more comfortable with a male therapist but Google only brings back offers of "sensual" massage. Thanks.

I have had it done a few times for trapped nerves in my shoulders, a place called The Village Physio & Sports Injury Clinic, it's in Didsbury Village, 0161 448 7844, not cheap though £45 per Hour, but they also manipulate the muscles and give advice on range of movement, correct exercises and technique's and/or what you shouldn't be doing.
