  I have an excellent handyman who has done the same for 2 of our condos we own.. He has done wood flooring (after removing wall to wall carpet) , painting, fan changes, lighting replacement, bathroom fixture replacement, etc.. Cant do things that needs a contractor license, such as complete bathrooms and kitchens.. He is awesome and I guarantee his price will not be beat.. Hunter 954-815-8145..
