My friend has a private boat and docks off of Mission bay (next to the Dana) she does whale watches! Very affordable! She takes you close to the whales and dolphins!!!!! It's amazing!!!!!!!! I highly recommend the experience!!!!!! https://www.facebook.com/OffshoreBlueAdventures/
