  I think there is ... on the Kansas Side ...La Nena Tortilleria y Rostiseria, 1200 Minnesota Ave, KCK 913-281-8993. I did not physically see them grinding masa, but the tortillas I bought there were the freshest I've ever had, including when I was in Mexico. Hope they can help you!
