About us
Hi, My name is Jeanette (Jen), I am the owner/instructor of Perfect Companion Dog Training and Pet Sitting.

I was raised in a "dog training family", my father was a security dog trainer, my mother a obedience and service dog trainer. Throughout my life, I assisted both of my parents in the training of dogs.
In 2002, I started my own obedience classes at Tinley Perk, IL. Park dist. I conducted classes there for over 5 years, each class was filled to capacity. I also became certified by the A.K>C as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.
In 2007, I began training dogs in the comfort of their own homes.
There are many benefits to private instruction:
* Lessons are suited to the individual needs of your dog
* Lessons can be made to fit around your schedule
* Some dogs are not suited to be large class situations due to fear or anxiety
* Your Dog can concentrate on learning in a environment in which there are fewer distraction.
DOGS ARE MY PASSION AND I AM COMMITTED TO PROVIDING YOU THE BEST TRAINED DOG POSSIBLE.

As I stated above I grew up in a family that trained and loved dogs. through my life time either my family or I have owned everything from fish, hamsters, cats to horses. I am a true animal lover and will provide only the best care possible for your pets.
