About us

It all started in 2011. I spotted a book about cake pops at a local book fair and thought “These are so cute, I have to make them!”

After four years, this Cake Pop Lady decided to make it official and Blissful Bites LLC was born.

Thank you to my husband Brian for all your love and support. Many thanks to my friends and neighbors; you are the best taste testers anyone could ask for!

I live in Concord, NC with my husband Brian and our very large cat Moose. When I'm not working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room, my husband and I enjoy trying new recipes, traveling and just being together. Cooking and baking have always been a huge part of my life.
Designing my Blissful Bites is fun, relaxing and challenging. I love being The Cake Pop Lady!
