Police & Australian Defence Force Fitness Preparation
Thinking of joining the Victorian Police to the Australian Defence Force, don't set yourself up to fail by not preparing for the physical fitness requirements. Xtreme Health & Performance can help prepare you for the stringent fitness levels needed to successfully pass the fitness entry requirements of the Victoria Police, Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army & The Royal Australian Air Fore.
Bridal Body Blitz
Say 'I Do' to a fitter you. One on One 10 week program to get you toned, in shape and looking your best in THE dress.
Bridal Body Blitz is also run as a Boot Camp, so why not get the whole bridal party involved!
Group Training
During our small group training sessions, you will get to work out in a fun group environment. We will get your heart rate up and your muscles working while making sure that your technique is correct and you are getting the full benefit of your workout. These sessions will be indoor and outdoor sessions, so in inclement weather the only time you will get wet is from your own sweat! Numbers are limited

Active is a 50 minute workout based on the principals of AFL Training. Your session is broken up into 4 x 8 minute quarters. This is an extremely fun way to exercise. AFL Active is a initiative of Vic Health and the AFL and I am proud to have been selected as a Trainer by the AFL.
