  Do not call KC Plumbing...made an appointment 1 week in advance - never showed, but promised a plumber for the next day. Waited all day, at 2 pm received a call from a plumber to ask what the problem was so he could give me an estimate...asked him to come..showed up 2 hours later and told me that they were not in the business of conducting camera review of the inside of my pipes to locate where pipe was broken nod left. Called office and they apologized and said they could make another appointment for me next week. Called Valley Plumbers, made appointment. Showed up with a 4 man crew, I worked the camera, I watched the monitor, 1 located the leak with the leak detector and the last one did a complete survey of how and where my pipes joined the sewer - all this for $230.00, which was $100,00 less than KC Plumbers quoted me. And yes, Valley Plumbing got the job and not only finished before estimated time, but did not have to break any tile, excavated under condo to reach t- joint and charged me less than my estimate.
