  http://sebtax.com We've been going for years. Highly recommend. He's been doing our taxes for 5 years. They charge an initial $100 to meet and go over everything, then there is a rate (forget the total) that they charge per form that they need to file. Very fair rates overall. Their offices are in Atwater Village.
