I have an old addition (about 200sq ft) that was never conditioned and I need the floors (tile then hardwood then plank subfloor) pulled up, the crawl space conditioned and then built back and leveled. Additionally I'll need a couple door frames rebuilt and possibly replacing a couple windows. Electrical and plumbing already covered for the job.
