  I need a good hairdresser that KNOWS how to give a good perm to someone with straight, fine hair that won't make it break off!! Got a horrible perm last July and after I'd FINALLY gotten a little length on it, had to cut it ALL off because it destroyed my hair and the front bangs underneath totally broke off...hadn't been that short in a VERY long time! I know hairdressers frown on getting perms these days but I get to a point where I HAVE to get SOMETHING! Any suggestions???
